Terms & club rules

These are the house rules for PIXEL BARRACKS PC CLUB, our rooftop computer club with 26 gaming stations. Booking a station or walking in means you agree to them. They exist so everyone gets a quiet seat, a clean rig and a fair look at the window.

Hours

The club is open from midday until 2:00 on weeknights (Monday to Thursday), until 6:00 on Friday and Saturday, and until midnight on Sunday. The dark-sky hour — when we dim the window lights for thirty minutes — runs once each evening; screens and games stay on the whole time. The overnight night block is available on Friday and Saturday only.

Booking & seating

• Stations can be booked ahead through the site or taken as a walk-in if a seat is free.
• Window rows fill first on clear evenings; a booking is the only way to be sure of one.
• Please arrive within fifteen minutes of your start time — after that a held seat may be released to walk-ins.
• Time blocks are hourly, evening or overnight; you can extend at the desk if a station is free.
• Duo ledge seats come in pairs and are meant to be used as a pair.

Conduct on the floor

• Keep voices low, especially in the core rows and during the dark-sky hour — it is a calm room by design.
• Respect other guests and staff. Harassment of any kind ends a session immediately, with no refund.
• The wish board is for friendly season goals only; it is optional and never a condition of playing.
• Outside food and open drinks are not allowed at the stations to keep the rigs clean.
• Guests under the club's minimum age must be accompanied by an adult.

Equipment

• Treat every rig, chair and peripheral with care — they are shared and cleaned between sessions.
• Do not install software, change system settings, or open the towers. Front-panel USB is fine for your own mouse or keyboard.
• Report a fault at the desk rather than trying to fix it yourself; we will move you to a free station.
• Deliberate damage to equipment is charged at the cost of repair or replacement.

Entertainment only

PIXEL BARRACKS PC CLUB is a place to play games, meet people and enjoy the view. It is entertainment only. Any competitive play here is scored on points and time, never on money. If you have a concern about your experience, please raise it at the front desk and we will do our best to make it right.
